This notice is to advise you of the upcoming annual general meeting of the members of Warwick Horse Trials Club Inc. The details of this meeting are as follows:   

Date: 22nd April, 2022
Time: 7:00pm
Place: Technology – online link will be sent to members by 15 April 2022

Please find below:

  • the minutes of the last annual general meeting, held on 09 April 2021

  At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

  • find out about Warwick Horse Trials Club’s operations and finances

  • ask questions about the operations and finances of Warwick Horse Trials Club

  • speak about any items on the agenda  

 At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

  • accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting as a true and correct record of the proceedings of that meeting

  • adopt the president’s annual report

  • adopt the treasurer’s annual report

  • adopt the auditor’s report

  • adopt the annual financial statements

  •  appoint an auditor for the 2022 financial year

  • elect relevant members of the management committee
